Learn how to make fresh, homemade Pasta Fettuccine completely from scratch and turn into a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce using simple, high-quality ingredients. This hands-on class teaches pasta-making techniques, dough preparation, rolling, cutting and the secrets to creating a smooth authentic Alfredo sauce.

Students have until five business days before the start date of the course to request a refund. Any refund requests made after that period will not be honored. This allows the instructor to be fully prepared for your course. In the event that a course is cancelled due to a change from the instructor, the course not meeting its' participant minimum, or force majeure the student will be refunded in full.
